| Full payment is required with your Registration Form before the Summit day. § Receipt will only be issued upon receipt of full payment.

- The Conference Registration fee, does not include travel and individual personal incidental expenses.
- All payments should be made in USD ($) or Naira (N) by bank draft, cheque, credit cards, PayPal, electronic funds transfer or cash deposit only.
- Any bank charges impose for electronic transfer should be borne by the delegates.
- All regular registration fees must reach us before October 1st 2017, after which it would be considered late registrations.
- Substitutions can be made at any time. Any cancellations must be made in writing and faxed or emailed – voicemails will not be accepted.
- Up to 75% of registration fees will be refunded if requests are received by 15 October, 2017 for visa denial or any other reason. No questions asked. However, no refunds will be issued after 15 October 2017 or for no shows
